Getting Started Does Not Have to Be Complicated
You do not need to know the exact schedule or service package before contacting Loving Private Care 71. We begin by listening, clarifying the need, and determining whether our non-medical services may be an appropriate fit.
1. Contact Our Team
Call or submit the care-consultation form. Tell us who needs support, what is happening at home, when help may be needed, and the best way to reach you.
2. Care Conversation & Intake
We discuss routines, preferences, mobility, personal-care needs, household support, scheduling, family communication, and other relevant non-medical considerations.
3. Personalized Care Planning
An appropriate service plan and schedule are developed around the client’s assessed needs, goals, and agreed scope of care.
4. Caregiver Coordination
Caregiver coordination considers the service requirements, schedule, location, and available caregiver resources. A specific start date is confirmed only after arrangements are complete.
5. Care Begins
Services begin according to the agreed plan. Clients and families should communicate questions, preferences, or concerns as the care relationship develops.
6. Ongoing Communication
Needs can change. We encourage regular communication so schedules, routines, and approved support can be reviewed when circumstances evolve.
